The city of Rector approached Contendia for a website to help communicate it's new goal of rehabilitating and renovating the town.  The site was developed to make it as easy as possible for the new economic development office to publish information about its efforts and projects.  The home page was designed to display a large amount of content, and the main header uses Flash to rotate pictures from around the city to help brand its historic, small-town and rural flavor.  Visit it online at www.RectorArkansas.com
