Information gathered through Contendia Communication's business operations, such as names, addresses, email addresses, etc., is only used in direct relation to Contendia Communication's need to communicate with clients.  We do not send spam.

We carefully manage our clients, as well as our own, email subscription only newsletter offerings to ensure compliance with our acceptable use policy.  If you believe you are receiving unsolicited email communications from Contendia Communications, a Contendia Communications IP address, or a Contendia Communications client, please notify us immediately here.

We may occassionally use client information such as is already publicly available (Eg. website addresses) in case studies or as sales examples in the normal course of operations, and these examples may be published on this website.  Individual clients may opt out of this use of their information by submitting a request here.

3. Cookies
