Clients receiving service(s) provided by Contendia Communications are bound by and agree to adhere to this policy of acceptable use. Service(s) of Contendia Communications may not be used to publish, transmit, store or otherwise disseminate copyrighted, trademarked, illegal or otherwise protected or objectionable content or communications.
Contendia Communications does not allow the publication, transmition, storage, uploading, downloading or dissemination in any way of protected, illegal or objectionable content or communications through Contendia Communication's products, services, computers or client accounts. This includes but is not limited to any and all forms of spam, pornography, unsolicited communications, certain cultural or political indecencies and content or usage which falls outside the limitations of the religious expressions of the representative(s) of Contendia Communications and, where questionable or undefined, is subject to the approval of the representative(s) of Contendia Communications.
Clients are free to formulate specific individual Terms of Use Policies, Acceptable Use Policies and/or Privacy Policies provided the individual policies do not attempt to circumvent or nullify in any way the restrictions inherent or implied in the policies of Contendia Communications.
3. Your responsibilities and registration obligations

By making services available to you, Contendia is not providing you with any implied or express licenses or rights, and you will have no rights to make any commercial use of this web site or provided services without Contendia's prior written consent.

11. Applicable law

By registering for a user account on this web site, or by using this web site and the services it provides, you accept that jurisdiction is granted to the courts having jurisdiction over the Contendia Communication's domicile, and that any disputes will be heard by the said courts.
